Purchase & Guarantee
How much do AMC products cost and how can I purchase them?
For information about the prices of our products, please contact your AMC consultant or our customer service team directly.
Are AMC products only sold through sales consultants?
Yes. AMC uses a direct sales system to provide a personalized, high-quality customer experience. This ensures that every customer receives comprehensive guidance from their personal consultant, helping them understand the features and benefits of AMC products and make the most of them.
How long is the warranty on AMC products and what are the conditions?
AMC provides a 30-year guarantee on pots and pans as well as on the stainless steel components of the Secuquick and EasyQuick. For all other products - Navigenio, Audiotherm, and all plastic parts - there is a 2-year guarantee. In addition, AMC offers a 30-year service guarantee (however, this is subject to a service fee).
Why are AMC products more expensive than pots and pans from other manufacturers?
The higher cost of AMC products reflects their combination of high-quality materials, innovative technologies and cooking methods, long lifespan, and unique personal advice and support. These factors make AMC products a long-term investment in quality, health, and cooking convenience.
The initial investment often pays off over time through longer product life, energy savings, and better preservation of nutrients in your food.
Do I have to buy a whole set or can I also buy individual pots?
It is possible to buy individual pots or pans. However, this way you won’t benefit fully from the smart Cooking System. Your AMC consultant will help you choose the option that best suits your needs.
Can I upgrade or expand my set?
Yes, this is possible. Please contact your AMC consultant who can provide information on available upgrade options.
Materials & Safety
Can I use AMC pots in the oven? What do I have to consider?
Visiotherm, Audiotherm and long handles must be removed before using the pots in the oven (they must never be placed in the oven).
The grill function may only be used starting from generation M30. In this case, discoloration of the stainless steel may occur. However, this does not affect the function.
The following maximum temperatures must be observed:
M27 and M28: 150 °C
M29: 180 °C
M30 and M30s: 230 °C / 450 °F
What is the material composition of AMC pots and pans and what is the benefit?
AMC pots and pans made from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, containing 18% chromium and 10% nickel. This material is known for its durability, resistance to corrosion, and easy cleaning. The stainless steel ensures optimal hygiene, is dishwasher safe, and - thanks to the Accutherm base, which combines stainless steel with an aluminum core - provides even heat distribution and excellent heat retention.
AMC products do not use any coatings.
Does AMC have patents?
Yes, AMC holds patents for its innovative cooking technologies and product designs.
Which AMC pans can be used on an induction hob and how can I recognize them?
All pots and pans from the M29 series (1996) onward are induction-compatible.
Can people who are allergic to Nickel use and eat from AMC cookware?
Extensive scientific studies have shown that under normal household cooking conditions, no nickel from high-quality stainless steel cookware is transferred to food. This also applies to very acidic foods, such as rhubarb, sauerkraut, or spinach. The nickel levels in the food after cooking remain the same as before cooking
Cooking with AMC
How can I preserve food with the AMC cooking system for longer storage (e.g. jams, preserves, vegetables, etc.)?
We do not make any recommendations regarding preservation methods, as various factors influence the success of the process.
Can I use the AMC pots to store cooked food in the fridge (e.g. overnight)?
You can safely store cooked food in the pot in your refrigerator. Just be a little careful with very salty dishes, as they may cause small spots of corrosion over time. These tiny marks do not affect the function but are unsightly.
How can I deep-fry with AMC and what are the advantages?
For deep-frying, we recommend using a HotPan in most recipes, where we also specify the most suitable amount of frying oil. When deep-frying with AMC, the oil is heated to the optimal temperature (frying symbol) without overheating. Please follow the quantities indicated in the recipes
How is it possible to cook and roast without added water or fat with the AMC Cooking System?
AMC products are made of high-quality stainless steel with the special Akkutherm capsule base and a well-fitting lid. This is combined with the ingenious temperature measurement and display by Visiotherm and Audiotherm, because the correct temperature when heating, cooking, and roasting is essential with AMC.
This makes cooking without added water possible: the base quickly absorbs heat, stores it efficiently, and distributes it evenly to the food. During cooking, a closed cycle forms between the pot base, cooling rim, and lid, which prevents steam from escaping and ensures that food cooks in its own juices. This preserves nutrients and the natural taste of the dishes.
When roasting without added fat, the perfect heating temperature and the high-gloss polished structured base of AMC pans provide excellent frying properties without any coating. This enables low-fat, healthy frying while preventing food from burning.
Cooking and roasting become even easier with the Navigenio – it allows you to cook with precise temperature and time control, almost without any intervention. For more details, contact your consultant and browse the AMC Cook & Go app.
Where can you buy an AMC Cookbook with basic AMC recipes and matching cooking methods?
All of our recipes are available in the Cook & Go app, which can be downloaded from both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Cleaning & Care
What causes white spots on the inside of the pots and how can I remove them?
These spots are traces of albumin, a protein which can appear when roasting meat or fish or cooking rice. They can be easily removed with a mild acidic cleaner and a sponge.
How do I clean the Secuquick lid and what do I need to bear in mind?
The Secuquick quick-cooking lid can be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher. It’s important to always disassemble it first: unscrew the bell nut, separate the upper and lower lids, and remove the sealing ring. Clean all parts individually, either by hand or in the dishwasher. Afterward, make sure all parts are thoroughly dried before reassembling
How can food odours be removed or neutralized from the sealing ring of the Secquick?
If the Secuquick won’t be used immediately after cleaning, the sealing ring should not be reinserted. Instead, place it loosely on top of the Secuquick to prevent odors and allow ventilation. Before the next use, simply place the sealing ring correctly into the lower lid.
Why does food stick to my AMC roasting pans and how can I prevent this?
For best results, please follow these tips:
-Egg dishes always require some fat (either in the pan or in the batter).
- Breaded foods always need plenty of fat to turn golden brown and crispy.
- Fish skin must be completely dry or brushed with oil.
Always use the correct heating method specified in the recipe (heating up to the roastng window, heating without the lid, or the drop test for the oPan).
Are all AMC products dishwasher safe?
All AMC products from the M29 series onward are dishwasher safe, with the exception of the Audiotherm and the mobile cooking plate Navigenio.
For the Secuquick softline, cleaning in the dishwasher is particularly recommended, as the cleaning of the mechanical locking system achieves significantly better results in the dishwasher.
Devices & Technology
The Audiotherm batteries have been exchanged against new ones. When switching on, nothing happens apart from some beeping sounds. What do I need to do?
If, after changing the battery in the Audiotherm, the acoustic function no longer works, this may have various causes:
- Incorrect battery polarity: Check whether the battery has been inserted correctly, especially the polarity (+ and -).
- Contact problems: Carefully clean the battery contacts to ensure they connect properly with the battery.
- Software reset required: It may be necessary to reset the Audiotherm. Instructions for this can be found in the user manual.
If these steps do not help, the device may be defective and you should contact customer service.
Is the Audiotherm waterproof? What do I do if it accidentally comes into contact with water?
If your Audiotherm comes into contact with water, please switch it off immediately. Open the battery compartment, remove the batteries, and carefully dry off any visible water. Then leave the Audiotherm open to dry at room temperature for at least 2 days.
After 2 days, insert new batteries. If the device still doesn’t switch on, please contact our customer service team.
My Audiotherm does not connect to the Visiotherm - how can I re-establish this connection?
First, check if the batteries need to be replaced. If the device still doesn’t connect afterwards, contact our customer service team.
What does "P" mean on the Audiotherm? How do I use this program?
“P” is a short, energy-saving power program developed especially for dishes like rice prepared with the Secuquick. The actual cooking time is only 20 seconds. Afterwards, the pot is placed in a separate upside-down lid, where it releases pressure on its own and continues cooking the dish gently using residual heat.
What is meant by turning point?
The turning point indicates the perfect moment to flip your food when roasting or deep-frying with the lid on.
What should I do if my AMC product needs repair or needs to be replaced?
Contact your personal consultant, who is your main contact for AMC products, repairs and replacements. If you do not have direct contact with a consultant, reach out to AMC customer service.
Describe the problem in detail, state which product is affected, and, if possible, add photos of the defect.
AMC offers a 30-year warranty on stainless steel products. The consultant or customer service will check if the defect is covered.
For products outside the warranty period, a chargeable repair or replacement may be offered. Repairs are carried out either directly by AMC or by an authorized repair service. The consultant or customer service will inform you about the next steps.
How do I assemble the Secuquick lid correctly?
The inner and outer lids of the Secuquick are secured with a large bell nut on the inside. The Secuquick sealing ring must be placed so that the embossed wavy line faces the lid, and then pressed all around with your fingers.
Instructions for checking the valve seals can be found in the user manual under “4.3 Assembling the Secuquick.”
